1) A free consulation call.  We review your background and your current resume.  If we think you need enough help to justify charging you, we get to work. 

2)We edit, or rewrite entirely, your resume. You review. If it's satisfactory, great. We're set. You pay ($500) and you get a great new resume. Not happy with it? We edit until it's done, no extra fees.
